How It Works

Complete a Quick Consultation

Visit Flex to fill out a brief, 2-minute chat-based consultation with a licensed provider. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity in under two hours.

Make Your Purchase

Pay for your Modern Body Membership using a standard payment method. Do not use your HSA/FSA card at checkout.

Submit for Reimbursement

Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and Modern Body receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.

Good to know: Your consultation is $15 (HSA/FSA eligible) and your Letter is valid for one year on future expenses. Make sure to complete the consultation before making your purchase — only same-day or future purchases can be reimbursed.
